The founders and shareholders of PTV Holding are Ikenoue BV and Sensys BV, sold their shares to the holding Veritas Investments B.V.that also owns VaccinatieZorg B.V.
Veritas Investments B.V. is the holding company of Vaccinatiezorg, a nationally operating organization in the field of work-related infection prevention.
PTV is an established provider of specialized healthcare services on location. Its highly flexible platform is currently deployed for the administering of travel vaccinations and medical testing through its network of registered doctors.
