IMAP Netherlands advises pneumatic and hydraulic specialist Wissekerke on sale to GP Stainless
Wissekerke specializes in pneumatic and hydraulic drive technologies which can be used for a variety of applications, such as lifting heavy objects or transporting bulk goods.
IMAP is pleased to announce that GP Stainless has acquired Wissekerke Techniek. Wissekerke specializes in pneumatic and hydraulic drive technologies which can be used for a variety of applications, such as lifting heavy objects or transporting bulk goods.
GP Stainless designs and manufactures equipment, packaging lines, lifting tippers and internal conveyor belts in stainless steel, for various industrial clients, many of which are in the Food and Pharmaceutical industries.
GP Stainless and Wisskerke had previously collaborated on several projects, as well as customized products together. When founder and owner of Wissekerke, René Wissekerke, was unable to find a successor for his company, the option to sell to GP Stainless was pursued.
The IMAP Netherlands team, led by Jan-Pieter Borst, Remco van Gulijk and Wouter Mostert, advised founder René Wissekerke on the sale of Wissekerke.
