IMAP Netherlands advises on the merger of JP. Vis & Zn to Hartman Beheer B.V.

Vis is a provider of conditioned transport from the Netherlands to Sweden. Hartman is a provider of conditioned transport from the Netherlands to Scandinavia. Hartman Expedition acquired the entire share capital of JP Vis & Zn BV, a Kwintsheul-based provider of specialized freight trucking services.

This is Hartman's second expansion in a short time. This further strengthens the network and allows the group's economies of scale to be maximized.
