IMAP is pleased to announce that Delta Logistiek, a leading Dutch logistics business-to-business solution provider, is partnering with AMP Groep, backed by leading Dutch private equity company Holland Capital. Via its national network and meeting strict security requirements, AMP Groep specializes in the safe delivery of valuable and fraud-sensitive products, such as mobile telephones, medicines, ID cards, and driving licenses.
By joining forces, AMP Groep and Delta Logistiek can significantly expand their position within the medical logistics market (B2C and B2B), a strategic market for AMP Groep where it has seen strong growth. Delta Logistiek has a strong position in the medical B2B logistics market, which is very complementary to AMP Groep’s B2C services. Together they can combine delivery from wholesalers to pharmacies and institutions, as well as directly to patients, essentially unburdening clients through innovative logistics services.
Delta Logistiek is the leading independent Dutch business-to-business solution provider, specializing in the refrigerated delivery of pharmaceutical and veterinary products throughout the Netherlands. It works with a highly innovative and inhouse developed IT system, which provides real-time insights about the location and temperature of transported goods.
