Bröderna Hanssons, based in Göteborg, Sweden, is a market leading company within processing and distribution of fresh fish and seafood in the Nordic region.
With the acquisition of Bröderna Hanssons, Huitai gained market access to Europe for its seafood business. Furthermore, Huitai plans to leverage Bröderna Hanssons’s suppliers network and introduce its products in the Chinese market.
